This year, our team at Choice MedWaste aided the education of our staff by attending the 2018 Healthcare Waste Institute Conference in Las Vegas.
Each year, the Healthcare Waste Institute holds a conference to educate and connect waste management companies that specialize in healthcare waste. Some of the topics highlighted during this year’s meeting included the role of technology in biohazard disposal, changing standards concerning the disposal of materials into the environment and the best uses of personal protective equipment.
Our staff was excited to both network with other professionals in the waste and healthcare industry, as well as learn more about how to better serve our clients throughout Delaware, Southeastern Pennsylvania and the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
