We have a convenient client portal that allows our clients to have access to all their previous waste service documents. If it is easier, please feel free to email us at custserv@ChoiceMedWaste.com and we are happy to send groups of documents. ​

When you click the Client Portal Log In link, click the Log In tab in the top left corner. Your username is your account and location number without the zeros and your password is the master billing phone number without any dashes.

For example:

Username: 234-4 (Account 234, Location 4)

Password: 3027667575 (Phone number without dashes of master billing account)

After you log in, you can click on the documents tab and search a date range for the appropriate documents you are looking for. If you have any questions regarding the portal, please do not hesitate to give our office a call!
